Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Victoria Australia.

How long does it take to receive my order?

In-stock orders are dispatched within 48 business hours of confirmed payment. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

Do I get a tracking number?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?

We guarantee timely dispatch. After handover to AusPost, delivery is managed by the courier, and PURE PHARMA is not responsible for delays or losses. Please follow up with AusPost for tracking or claims.

Are packages sent securely?

Absolutely. All parcels are packed to ensure maximum safety and privacy, with plain, unbranded packaging.

What if my product shows up damaged?

Email info@purepharmaau.com with your order number, a clear picture of the damage, and a description. We will arrange reshipment of the damaged product.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel and receive a full refund. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

How should I store my research compound?

Before Reconstitution:
• Store vials in a cool, dry place, protected from heat and direct sunlight.
• Refrigeration (2–8°C) is ideal but not essential for short-term storage.

After Reconstitution:
• Refrigerate immediately at 2–8°C.
• Most peptides maintain stability for up to 4 weeks under proper refrigeration.
• Beyond 6 weeks, peptides may still be usable, but potency can gradually decline, depending on the compound.

What purity are your research aminos?

PURE PHARMA research aminos are 99%+ pure, free from heavy metals and contaminants. We source from world-class manufacturers and conduct regular third-party HPLC testing in the USA to ensure consistent quality.

Are your products approved for human use?

No. All products are intended strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption, injection, or topical application.

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?

Yes. We supply comprehensive Certificates of Analysis (COAs) with each batch, including HPLC data from our USA independent third-party lab.
