🚫 Change of Mind & Incorrect Selection

Due to safety protocols and regulatory requirements, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect product selection. Please ensure your order is accurate before confirming your purchase. Once a parcel has been dispatched, returns are not accepted.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@purepharmaau.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Please also record a video of yourself unpacking and inspecting the package upon receipt. We will not be responsible for any lost items if an unpacking video is not provided. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost once the required evidence is received.

Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified once shipped.
